Shipping Instructions

Please read the following shipping instructions before packaging your projector for repair or maintenance service.

1. Please print the Repair Order Form, fill it out and include it in your package.
2. Enclose your projector in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture during shipping.
3. Your projector should be packaged in a box with a minimum of 3 inches of space around unit for extra padding. It is very important to use extra padding when shipping heavy equipment like projectors.
4. Use a professional shipping service such as UPS. Be sure to obtain a tracking number and any have additional shipping insurance needed to cover your equipment.

Return shipping and handling is always included in the cost of all reapirs and maintenance service. Return shipping is via UPS Ground. If you need us to ship using an express service or different carrier please let us know by indicating it on the shipping form – additional charges will apply.
