Projector Repair
TBS REPAIR specializes in repair services for LCD projectors and DLP projectors. We service projectors from all manufacturers and staff our service center with qualified and trained technicians. All projector repairs are done on premises at our repair center. We have a fast turn around time and if parts are on hand rush repairs may be available.
Always Free Estimates
Unlike other companies, we always provide free repair estimates based on actual “hands-on” evaluations. Repair evaluations are usually completed with 1-2 business days after we receive your unit at our service center. One of our repair technicians will call or email you as soon as the estimate is completed. We never start a repair without your direct authorization. What if the estimate was more than you expected and you decide not to have your unit repaired? Then all we ask is for you to cover the return shipping and handling. We never charge any fees for your estimate.
Shipping Your Repair
We provide a Repair Order Form for you to print and send in with your projector. We highly recommend taking time to well pack your projector and suggest using a service such as UPS or FedEx to ship it to our repair center. Please read our complete shipping instructions.
Repair Warranty
All projector repairs are warranted for 150 days, much longer than the “standard” 90 days you get elsewhere. If you have any problems after your unit is returned it is important you contact us immediately. Detailed warranty terms can be found here.
Payment Method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and money orders. Since we service equipment for many schools, universities, churches and government agencies we are happy to work on purchase order. Purchase orders should be sent via email or fax after you approve your repair estimate. Payment should be made within 30 days of the repairs being completed. If payment is not received within 90 days of repairs being completed, the equipment in question will become the property of Pro AV Repair, and will be sold to cover the cost of repairs.
